This position is aimed at analytical, proactive individuals focused on quality, capable of understanding business needs and supporting the development team throughout the entire work cycle. · The Role You will serve as the bridge between business areas and the technical team, actively participating in functional analysis and validation of implemented solutions. Your main responsibilities will be: · Requirements Gathering and Functional Analysis Identify business needs and translate them into clear, documented requirements. Write User Stories and define acceptance criteria. Model processes and functional flows. · Functional Testing (QA) Design and execute test cases. Validate that developments meet defined requirements. Identify, document, and track defects. · Work in Agile Environment (Scrum) Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, and Retrospective). Collaborate with the team to ensure value delivery in each sprint. Support continuous process improvement. · What Will Make You Successful in This Role?
