At Universidad de Palermo, we seek to incorporate a professional with an analytical, technological, and innovative perspective to participate in Online Education projects and cross-university initiatives. We are looking for someone who enjoys understanding problems, analyzing processes, working with data, exploring new tools, and transforming needs into concrete solutions. What will you work on? * Technology and Online Education projects. * Process analysis and improvement. * Needs and requirements gathering. * Implementation, vendor, and testing follow-up. * Zendesk, digital platforms, and integrations. * Automations and new technological tools. * Report, metric, and dashboard generation. * Analysis of data sets and formulation of conclusions to support decision-making. * Artificial Intelligence projects applied to education and university processes. * Prioritization and tracking of various initiatives and projects.
