Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Administrative Analyst to provide accounting and administrative support, collaborating in the management and control of key processes with accuracy. Ensuring information accuracy At Consultores de Empresas, we are looking for a Junior Administrative Analyst to join the team of a major agribusiness company located in Famaillá, Tucumán. · What will be your purpose in this role? Provide accounting and administrative support to the department, actively collaborating in the management and control of key processes, ensuring information accuracy and compliance with internal procedures. Your main challenges will be: - Perform monthly bank reconciliations, cross-referencing system movements (Synagro) with bank statements, identifying discrepancies or duplicate entries. - Analyze and resolve detected variances, ensuring correct accounting allocation and maintaining documented traceability. - Record, monitor, and reconcile credit card transactions, verifying balances, expenditures, and payments. - Record salary accruals and monitor balances of related accounts. - Monitor tax accruals and related accounts. - Reconcile intercompany accounts and maintain updated balances. - Conduct periodic reviews of accounts receivable. What do we require from you? Mandatory requirements: - Currently pursuing or completed tertiary or university education in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. - Residence near Famaillá and personal mobility. Preferred (non-mandatory): - Prior experience in administrative tasks, data entry, or accounting reconciliations. - Previous knowledge of the Synagro system.
