Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Leader to lead the operation, availability, maintenance, and evolution of the technology infrastructure, with a focus on team management and leadership. Team management, incident handling, and continuous improvement We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Leader to join a dynamic, growing organization with a strong focus on technology, security, operational continuity, and internal customer service. The role’s primary challenge is to lead the company’s technology infrastructure operation, availability, maintenance, and evolution, acting as the bridge between technical strategy and the team’s daily execution. We seek a candidate with a solid technical background in infrastructure, networking, servers, cloud, and security, but especially with capabilities in management, leadership, organization, tracking, and effective communication. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the infrastructure team, assigning priorities and tracking outcomes. Ensure availability, stability, and performance of networks, servers, production environments, testing environments, and workstations. Oversee on-premise and cloud infrastructure operations. Manage technical incidents and risks that could impact business continuity. Participate in the evolution of infrastructure technology architecture. Coordinate with corporate departments and Information Security. Implement controls, policies, and best practices related to networks, access, devices, and configurations. Maintain technical documentation, metrics, operational logs, incident records, change logs, and maintenance records. Manage infrastructure and telecommunications vendors. Support continuous improvement of the department and team development. Requirements: Experience leading, coordinating, or managing IT infrastructure teams. Solid knowledge of networking, servers, cloud, and security. Technical experience or understanding of AWS, networking, VPN, VLAN, LAN, WAN, routing, firewalls, and Linux/Windows server administration. Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into concrete actions for the team. Experience in incident management, task tracking, prioritization, and goal achievement. Good oral and written communication skills. Organized, solution-oriented, proactive, flexible, and service-focused profile. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Azure. Experience in financial institutions or regulated environments. Knowledge of PCI, ISO 27001, SOX, or audits. Experience with monitoring tools, security scanning, penetration testing, or hardening.
