We seek a proactive, organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills and proven experience in comprehensive HR department management. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and documentation for new employees. * Perform payroll processing or possess relevant knowledge in this area. * Provide support to leaders on people management matters. * Manage personnel administration, personnel changes, and employee files. * Support training, performance management, and workplace climate initiatives. * Participate in internal communication activities and organizational development projects. * Maintain up-to-date HR metrics and reports. * Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures. Requirements: ✔ Minimum of 2 **years** of experience in HR generalist roles. ✔ Degree in **Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields**. ✔ Proficiency in computer tools and Microsoft Office suite. ✔ Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. ✔ **Residence in the Northern Zone of Greater Buenos Aires (GBA) or nearby areas (mandatory).** **Work Modality:** On-site, Monday to Friday.
