Consultores de Empresas is currently searching for a Human Resources Coordinator to join a major industrial company undergoing restructuring, located in Córdoba Capital. Main Responsibilities: Comprehensively manage and organize the Human Resources area. Administer personnel files and track personnel updates (absenteeism, leaves of absence, attendance, etc.). Coordinate with the accounting firm for payroll processing. Manage workplace accidents and liaise with ART (Workers' Compensation Insurance). Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and collective bargaining agreements. Coordinate with various departments across the company. Design and implement HR processes, policies, and procedures. Develop job descriptions and training plans. Monitor HR performance indicators (KPIs). Promote initiatives to improve workplace climate, employee development, and motivation. What Do We Require From You? Prior experience in generalist HR roles, preferably within the industrial sector. Knowledge of personnel management under collective bargaining agreements. Proficiency with IT tools and HR management systems (Tango preferred). Autonomous, analytical profile with strong organizational skills. Ability to adapt to changing environments and lead processes from inception. Availability to work 100% on-site.
