Job Mission To deliver comprehensive technical support in diagnosis, repair, configuration, and preparation of notebooks and PCs, ensuring efficient, organized, and high-quality service for both individual customers and businesses. Main Responsibilities Technical diagnosis of notebooks and PCs. Warranty management and tracking. Full computer assembly. Equipment upgrading and modification. Disk cloning and system migrations. Installation and configuration of Windows, drivers, and software. Component testing and quality control. Verification of functionality, temperatures, and stability. Handling and organization of components and spare parts. Preparation of equipment for individual customers and businesses. General technical repairs on notebooks and PCs. Valued Differentiators Prior experience in technical support or warranty management. Experience performing disk cloning and equipment configuration. Advanced diagnostic knowledge.
