Job Summary: A prominent service company is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to schedule, supervise, and manage a team of operators, ensuring proper use of equipment and supplies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and management of operator teams. 2. Scheduling and optimization of maintenance tasks. 3. Training and development of personnel under supervision. A prominent service company seeks to hire Fleet Maintenance Supervisors for its operational unit located in CABA. Main Responsibilities: - Schedule tasks prior to starting each work shift. - Supervise and manage the assigned team of operators. - Supervise proper use of equipment and tools. - Supervise and optimize the use of supplies. - Supervise compliance with requests and deficiencies reported by GCBA, CEAMSE, and ENTE. - Train personnel under supervision. - Material withdrawal and requisition. Requirements: - Automotive Mechanics education (minimum secondary level) - One year or more of experience in heavy vehicle maintenance with supervisory responsibility (minimum 15 people) - Experience (preferred) in dealing with union delegates. - Full-time availability. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Valid driver's license. Additional Information: Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 13:00–21:00, or Sunday to Friday, 22:00–05:00 We look forward to your application!
