Job Summary: We are seeking Field Assistants for an agribusiness multinational, with responsibilities in plot maintenance, trials, and operation of agricultural machinery. Key Points: 1. Support in sowing and harvesting tasks 2. Operation of agricultural machinery 3. Maintenance of plots and trials We are looking for Field Assistants to join a major agribusiness multinational. Main responsibilities include: Maintenance of plots at the Córdoba experimental station. Maintenance of trials, manual weeding. Installation of anti-hare fencing. Plot labeling. Providing support in sowing and harvesting tasks. Field and workshop maintenance tasks, including operations with agricultural machinery such as seeders, irrigation equipment, sprayers, and harvesters. Completed secondary education; preferably graduates from agricultural technical schools. Broad availability of working hours is required, and a valid driver’s license is mandatory. Temporary contract: duration up to 7 months, but early termination is possible upon requirement. * Safety boots and task-specific personal protective equipment (e.g., gloves, goggles) are mandatory. * The company provides a daily meal allowance, though employees may choose to bring their own lunch. * Company vehicles are available for coordination with colleagues. Starting November 17, 2025, the company will provide round-trip traffic service to/from the Center/Terminal/Plaza España with fixed schedules. Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00; Saturdays, 8:00–12:00.
