What will be your mission? Drive sales through digital channels (e-commerce and marketplaces), comprehensively managing the online commercial process and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage sales on e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. Administer online listings, inquiries, and orders. Coordinate with the warehouse for order preparation, invoicing, and dispatch. Track shipments and ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Handle complaints, returns, and after-sales service. Analyze pricing, competition, and commercial margins. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar roles. Proficiency with platforms such as Mercado Libre, WooCommerce, Producteca, Real Trends, among others. Knowledge of CRM systems and advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills.
