Job Summary: We are seeking a Data and Inventory Analyst to ensure the quality and accuracy of inventory and spare parts information within the heavy industry and mining sectors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the quality and up-to-date status of inventory information. 2. Analyze, monitor, and update inventory and stock information. 3. Identify improvements in inventory management processes. At Ceta Capital Humano – Mining Division, we are currently searching for a Data and Inventory Analyst to join a well-established industrial company specializing in mining, construction, and heavy industry solutions. Work Location: Salta · YOUR PRIMARY OBJECTIVE Ensure the quality, integrity, and timeliness of inventory and spare parts information, contributing to operational efficiency through data analysis, stock control, and system administration. · WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS POSITION? Analyze, monitor, and update inventory and stock movement information. Manage the loading and maintenance of master data in management systems. Conduct physical inventory audits and reconciliations against system records. Operate and administer barcode laser scanning systems for data capture. Prepare reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making. Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement in inventory management processes. Collaborate closely with warehouse, logistics, spare parts, and administrative departments. · REQUIREMENTS Prior experience in data analysis, inventory control, warehousing, or logistics. SAP proficiency (mandatory). Experience using barcode laser scanners and traceability systems. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools. Analytical, methodical profile with a continuous improvement mindset. Ability to handle large volumes of data while ensuring data quality. Residency in Salta. · WE ARE WAITING FOR YOU!
