End-to-end commercial process leadership Commercial Engineer – Instrumentation & Key Accounts Neuquén A leading industrial sector company is looking for a Senior Commercial Engineer focused on instrumentation and key account development. Role Purpose Develop and manage strategic customer relationships, positioning oneself as a technical-commercial reference and generating new business opportunities in instrumentation and automation solutions. Main Responsibilities Manage and develop key accounts. Identify commercial opportunities related to instrumentation and automation. Lead the end-to-end commercial process: opportunity → proposal → negotiation → closure. Participate in the preparation of technical-commercial proposals. Record and track activities in the CRM system. Build strong relationships with decision-makers and strategic customers. Candidate Profile Technical sales experience (ideally in instrumentation/automation). Ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into solutions. Results-oriented profile, with focus on execution and commercial discipline. Capability to manage complex accounts. Technical education (engineering or technical degree) is valued.
