




Job Summary: We are seeking CNC Machine Operators for a metallurgical company, responsible for operating, programming, and adjusting numerical control machines to ensure quality. In this opportunity, we are currently looking for CNC Machine Operators for an important metallurgical company. Your responsibilities will include: Operating CNC machines and being responsible for programming, adjustment, and proper functioning of computerized numerical control machines (lathes/milling machines), ensuring production of components compliant with required quality standards. Reading and interpreting technical drawings. Programming and operating CNC machines (lathes, milling machines, machining centers). Using 3D software (e.g., SolidWorks, Gibbscam, Hypermill) and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Gibbscam/Hypermill). Setting up and adjusting CNC machine tools (tool mounting, fixturing, presetting). Performing quality control of machined parts using measuring instruments. Carrying out technical corrections. Performing basic machinery maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, monitoring tool wear). Completing production documentation and sector control records. Requirements: Italian or European citizenship, or eligibility to obtain it WITHOUT GENERATIONAL LIMITS. Candidates without Italian or European citizenship must have extensive verifiable experience. Prior verifiable experience operating CNC machines. (Mandatory) Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. Knowledge of CNC programming (ISO / FANUC, etc.). Proficiency in using measuring instruments. Experience with CAD/CAM programming software. Contract: CCNL Metallurgical Industry Level D1. (Under the Italian metallurgical collective agreement) Indicative Salary (RAL): Euros between 23,000 and 26,000 annually.
