Do you want to join a growing fintech and support merchants in their technical integrations and payment operations? We are looking for a Merchant Technical Services Specialist to serve as the first point of technical contact in a dynamic, high-volume environment. Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support for payment incidents (declines, errors, configuration). Diagnose and resolve issues related to REST API integrations, transaction processing, and LATAM payment methods. Support merchants throughout technical onboarding and integrations. Monitor platform performance and proactively detect incidents. Log and track tickets, metrics, and KPIs. Escalate technical cases to product and engineering teams when necessary. Maintain clear communication with non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams. Requirements: English B2 (primarily written). 1–3 years of experience in B2B technical support, merchant services, technical integrations, or fintech/payments. Proven experience with payment gateways or PSPs. Hands-on experience with REST APIs (detailed in CV). Desirable experience with companies such as Mercado Pago or other local PSPs.
