You will ensure compliance with brand standards and customer satisfaction We are seeking a Branch Manager to join our Sales team in Rosario, reporting directly to Commercial Management. You will be fully responsible for the commercial, operational, and human resources operations of one of our most important official agencies. Your primary mission will be to ensure achievement of sales targets and strict compliance with brand standards, leading and coordinating a 15-person team. Key Challenges and Responsibilities Leadership and Team Management: Lead the branch team, driving performance across key areas to meet objectives: Motorcycle Sales (wholesale and retail), Parts Sales (wholesale and retail), and Workshop (Service Sales). Monitoring and Targets: Conduct daily monitoring and tracking of company- and brand-established sales targets. Brand Compliance: Supervise and guarantee strict adherence to Brand Manuals and Standards (sales, after-sales, and visual identity). You must ensure strong results in periodic audits and mystery shopper evaluations to obtain ratings and financial benefits. Operations and Customers: Supervise branch opening and closing procedures; manage strategic customers (typically wholesale clients); support development of the resale portfolio; handle complaints; and ensure customer satisfaction. Profile Requirements Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar roles. Education: Advanced university or tertiary student or graduate, preferably in Business Administration. IT Skills: Proficiency in Tango System and CRM (not mandatory). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–13:00 and 15:30–19:30, or 16:00–20:00; Saturdays, 9:00–13:00. Employment Type: Formal employment relationship.
