Responsibilities include customer service and coordination of versatile teams through personalized management. Daily operational coordination of the store, stock control, order management, general organization, handling customer inquiries, resolution of difficult situations, and monitoring the sales team’s goal achievement. To apply, you must meet the following requirements: At least 2 years of experience leading teams. Availability to work Monday through Monday, with one weekly day off. An 8-hour rotating schedule coordinated with the Store Manager. Flexibility to cover any shift is essential. Completed secondary education.
