CEOs are highly involved in the project, collaborating closely with the team on product definition, key decisions, and customer support. We seek a person who serves as a true bridge between the client and the technical team—understanding how an SME operates in practice and translating that into buildable solutions. **Location:** La Plata (On-site / Hybrid). Not mandatory, but candidates based in Buenos Aires are prioritized. Responsibilities Develop and integrate AI-based solutions into a growing product. Work with APIs, LLMs, and automation workflows. Actively participate in technical and product decisions. Design solutions tailored for real-world use by SMEs (small-to-medium scale, focus on efficiency). Prioritize productivity, performance, and simplicity. ✅ Mandatory Requirements +5 years of software development experience. Solid knowledge of the applied AI ecosystem (APIs, LLMs, integrations). High autonomy, proactivity, and execution capability. Experience implementing solutions operating in production. ➕ Desirable Previous experience in AI projects. Proficiency in Python. Experience with automation tools such as n8n. University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Residence in La Plata or surrounding areas (for occasional in-person meetings).
