Job Summary: We are seeking a Secondary Packaging Operator to perform packaging, visual inspection, and material handling processes at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, in full compliance with GMP regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform secondary packaging of vials, cartridges, and syringes. 2. Conduct visual inspection of injectables to high quality standards. 3. Collaborate in continuous improvement and drug development. At Laboratorios Richmond, we are looking for a Secondary Packaging Operator for our Biotechnology Plant located at the Pilar Industrial Park. **Main Challenges of the Position:** **Packaging Processes:** Execute secondary packaging of vials, cartridges, and syringes, strictly adhering to Manufacturing Orders. **Visual Inspection:** Carry out visual inspection of injectables, ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety. **Material Handling and Hygiene:** Prepare required materials for work orders and ensure cleaning and sterilization of equipment and facilities. **Regulatory Compliance and Traceability:** Perform all activities in accordance with GMP standards, ensuring compliance with Good Documentation Practices and drug traceability requirements. **Technical Support:** Collaborate with Validation and Qualification departments to meet PMV requirements, and support Maintenance in preventive and corrective tasks. Requirements **Education:** Completed secondary education (preferably Chemical Technician, Electromechanical Technician, or related field). **Experience:** Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology production plants, with focus on injectable packaging lines. **Technical Knowledge:** Solid experience in visual inspection of injectables and familiarity with general GMP regulations. **Profile:** We seek a detail-oriented individual with strong teamwork capabilities and a proactive collaborative attitude toward cross-functional areas. Technical knowledge of secondary packaging equipment (inspection, blistering, cartoning, etc.) is mandatory. Knowledge of traceability systems is desirable.
