Participation and leadership in strategic HR projects Tecpetrol seeks Administration students or those with related academic backgrounds to serve as **Trainee \- Human Resources** at its Retiro offices under the **Ordinary Educational Practice Program** **Key Responsibilities** **:** * Teamwork and learning of comprehensive Human Resources management. * Enhancing the company's employee experience by serving as a close HR reference point. * Continuous improvement of HR processes, focusing on identifying opportunities and implementing improvements using AI and other IT tools. * Supporting coordination of personnel searches and recruitment. * Preparing the area's annual budget and conducting monthly performance monitoring. * Administering corporate benefits and recognition programs, interacting with external vendors and internal clients. * Developing, issuing, and improving HR management reports with KPIs and metrics, using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and corporate software. * Participating in and leading specific projects and objectives aligned with HR strategy. **Requirements** **:** * Residency in AMBA * Completion and approval of 50% of the degree program.
