




Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Change Coordinator to centralize and strengthen the prioritization of Operations and Maintenance initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Serve as the focal point for the Budget and CAPEX investment process At **Energy Field Services**, we seek to hire a **Technical Change Coordinator**, responsible for centralizing, organizing, and strengthening the prioritization of initiatives related to Operations and Maintenance, ensuring their alignment with business priorities and efficient change process management, acting as the liaison between O\&M and the Technical Office. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Consolidate, prioritize, and track initiatives, ensuring technical quality in their definition and proper routing for evaluation. * Coordinate MOC (Management of Change) implementation. * Prepare conceptual documentation associated with initiatives and projects. * Serve as the focal point for the Budget process, contributing to the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of CAPEX investments. * Facilitate coordination among Operations, Maintenance, and the Technical Office, promoting integrated and efficient initiative management. ### **Experience** * Minimum 8 years of experience in roles related to Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Project Management, or Continuous Improvement. * Experience in industrial processes and management of improvement initiatives. * Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and stakeholder management. * Knowledge of CAPEX processes and investment planning. Hybrid work mode (field and office), Monday to Friday.
