




Job Summary: Provides on-site technical support, manages device inventory and maintenance, and delivers support for meeting rooms, networks, and servers. Key Highlights: 1. General Responsibilities * On-site IT support: * Device inventory management, administration, and maintenance (laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, MAC devices, IHMS data collectors, etc.) * Technical support for networks and servers * IMAC and Break\-Fix support: * Installation of devices and software, relocation, addition of new components, configuration changes, and, where necessary, decommissioning or removal of obsolete assets. * * Meeting Room Support: * Provide intelligent technical support for conference room devices. Required Knowledge: * Experience administering, installing, and maintaining devices such as laptops, desktops, printers, Android tablets, and mobile devices, as well as supporting Windows and macOS operating systems. * Ability to coordinate with remote and on-site support teams to ensure service requests and incidents are resolved effectively and promptly. * Extensive experience with the ServiceNow tool (incident logging, management, and reporting). * English language proficiency is desirable (conversational and written).
