We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions. **PURPOSE AND IMPACT OF THE WORK** ----------------------------------- The Maintenance Planner will plan routine basic maintenance on our plant assets and equipment following established program guidelines. In this role, you will develop detailed work plans to improve efficiency and workforce quality by identifying elements of an executable work package. You will provide general knowledge of consistent best practices in maintenance and reliability to complete planning and prioritization of basic tasks and deliver quality work supporting organizational objectives. (#LI-ES2) Location: ARG - Villa Gobernador Galvez **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------------- * Research and compile necessary information and regeneration to generate highly effective and detailed work plans. * Initiate procurement of materials, special tools, and unique items required in work plans using relevant maintenance programs and database tools. * Prepare detailed work plans as required for general maintenance activities and schedule downtime; collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce lost production. * Maintain customized databases to support specific projects and work processes. * Plan the execution of basic repair procedures and tasks to ensure compliance with plant maintenance fundamentals and practices. * Review all completed work orders for completeness and accuracy, and update machinery history data in the tracking system as needed. * Provide reports to keep maintenance leaders informed of work progress and future work schedules. * Handle basic decisions and issues under direct supervision, while escalating more complex decisions to appropriate personnel. * Other assigned duties **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** --------------------------- ### **Minimum Qualifications** * Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Electromechanical/Electrical/Mechanical. * SAP knowledge * Proven experience in a manufacturing/plant industrial environment. * Additional minimum qualifications may apply
