Direct impact on critical systems and production solutions At Antares Technologies, we seek a Senior Developer with strong experience in .NET development and project management to participate in highly complex industrial developments, lead technical decisions, and collaborate in teams to implement robust and scalable solutions. The role combines hands-on technical work, architectural vision, and project management, operating in industrial environments with direct impact on critical systems and production solutions. The hybrid work modality can be conducted at our office in Capital Federal or in Villa Constitución. **Responsibilities:** **Technical leadership and architecture:** lead the design and evolution of industrial solutions, defining scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures, and proposing improvements in performance, quality, and architecture. **End-to-end delivery:** actively participate throughout the entire development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, support), supporting deployments, production rollouts, and stabilization. **Quality and best practices:** promote development standards (clean code, design patterns, testing) to ensure software maintainability and quality. **Technical project management:** collaborate on estimations, planning, and technical tracking of initiatives/projects. **Integrations and cross-functional collaboration:** coordinate integrations among systems and services in complex environments, aligning with infrastructure, automation, and operations teams. Requirements **Mandatory Requirements:** +5 years of experience developing with .NET (Framework / .NET Core / .NET 6+). Solid experience in C#. Application development: Desktop (Windows Forms / WPF), Web (ASP.NET Core, MVC, JavaScript/TypeScript). Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL). Use of ORMs (Entity Framework / EF Core). Version control (Git). Team-based work, autonomy, and proactivity. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with distributed or microservices architectures. Knowledge of REST APIs and WebSockets. Experience in cloud environments (Azure preferred). Use of Docker and Kubernetes. Implementation of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Experience in industrial systems or production environments. Knowledge of automated testing (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest). **Soft Skills:** Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
