Position Summary: Develop and execute the material procurement plan, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with production and continuous improvement About the Role * Develop and execute the **material procurement plan** based on production demand. * Manage **inventory levels** to ensure material availability without generating excesses. * Analyze **demand forecasts** and adjust purchasing to align with plant requirements. * Coordinate with suppliers to **ensure timely delivery** of materials and prevent production delays. * Monitor supplier **performance** and evaluate potential improvements in lead times and costs. * Prepare reports on the **status of materials**, alerting to possible deviations or risks. * Collaborate closely with the production department to **optimize material planning** and improve operational efficiency. Your Skills and Experience * Advanced student and/or graduate in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in material planning or inventory management. * Knowledge of material management tools and ERP systems. * Ability to perform **data analysis** and generate accurate forecasts. * Strong **communication and negotiation skills** with suppliers. * Orientation toward continuous improvement and resource optimization.
