Job Summary: We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Analyst to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide support, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. User support and accompaniment Main Responsibilities * Gather and analyze business functional requirements. * Design functional solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. * Configure entities, fields, forms, views, business rules, and workflows. * Support users during system adoption and provide ongoing assistance. * Participate in functional testing (UAT), end-to-end flow validation, and production deployment. * Document processes, configurations, and functional decisions. * Act as a liaison between users, business, and technical teams. Requirements Required Knowledge * Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM: deep functional knowledge (mandatory). * CRM configuration and customization: entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows. * CRM integrations: functional understanding of integrations with other systems (APIs, services). * Power Platform (desirable): Power Automate, Power Apps. o JavaScript (conceptual level / reading ability). o REST API / JSON (functional understanding). o SQL Server (basic knowledge). * Academic background: advanced students or graduates in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Prior experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in a functional or hybrid (functional/technical) role.
