Candidate evaluation based on merit and qualification Job Description and Responsibilities **Schedule:** Rotating shifts **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Fixed-term contract **Area of Responsibility:** Human Resources Job Objective Ensure conformity of received and/or manufactured materials and products by performing quality controls, inspections, and analyses to manage non-conforming products and guarantee compliance with technical specifications and company-established standards. **Main Responsibilities:** Perform quality control and inspection of received materials, components, and products. Identify, record, and quarantine non-conforming parts or materials until final disposition is determined. Analyze detected defects and deviations, conducting first-level assessments of potential causes and conditions of occurrence. Manage and complete documentation related to non-conformities, quality reports, and tracking records. Follow up on observed or rejected parts, coordinating with involved departments for analysis and resolution. Perform dimensional measurements and product controls. Verify compliance with technical specifications, drawings, procedures, and quality standards. Execute statistical controls and identify improvement opportunities. Develop, update, and monitor quality indicators. Requirements **Education:** Advanced students or graduates in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Technical profiles with quality experience will also be considered. One year of experience in quality roles within industrial environments. Proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of quality tools, statistical controls, indicators (KPIs), and non-conformance management.
