Opportunities for professional growth and development Job Description and Responsibilities **Schedule:** Rotating shift **Level:** Operational **Area of Operation:** Manufacturing **Job Objective:** Coordinate and supervise logistics area operations, lead the workforce, and ensure achievement of operational objectives, process efficiency, and adherence to established standards. **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations. Lead, organize, and support the workforce. Oversee material receipt, storage, and dispatch. Ensure proper inventory and stock management. Monitor and analyze management indicators (KPIs). Identify and implement process improvement opportunities in logistics. Prepare reports and presentations for Management and Executive Leadership. Coordinate actions across departments to ensure operational continuity. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal procedures. Requirements **Requirements:** Minimum 1.5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or storage supervision roles. Experience in team leadership and coordination. Knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, stock management, storage, and material receipt. Proficiency in managing and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs). Knowledge of SAP and/or logistics management systems (experience with Click Logistics or similar systems is preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Tertiary or university degree in Logistics or related fields (completed or in progress). Candidates with relevant qualifications are preferred. Strong communication, organizational, teamwork, and cross-departmental relationship skills. Knowledge of industrial vehicle or machinery operation is a plus.
