Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer to optimize and improve production processes in the plant, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety, and identifying improvement opportunities. Identifying opportunities for improvement and cost reduction Description and Responsibilities **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (occasional Saturday mornings) **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Area of Operation:** Manufacturing We are currently seeking a Process Engineer for our Córdoba Plant, Ferreyra neighborhood. **Work Mode:** On-site with weekly rotation (morning/afternoon) \+ occasional Saturdays What will be your mission? Optimize and improve production processes in the assembly plant, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety at each stage, and identifying opportunities for improvement and cost reduction. Main Responsibilities Compliance with Quality KPIs and tracking of action plans Coordination of process and quality improvement activities On-line presence as the technical process reference Interaction with quality suppliers and participation in ISO audits Assessment and definition of process tools Development and monitoring of work cycles Requirements **Requirements:** Advanced students or graduates in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields Industrial experience (ideally 3–5 years) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and KPI tools (Power BI) Intermediate or higher English (Portuguese is desirable) **Desirable Technical Knowledge:** metrology, automotive geometry, mechanical/electrical engineering **Preferred Tools:** SAP, CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD **Key Competencies:** Organization, effective communication, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
