At NTT DATA, we are looking for an AI Technical Leader to join our team!! **Responsibilities:** * Translate business needs and processes into concrete AI solutions. * Define the most suitable architecture for each scenario. * Evaluate technical, operational, economic, and security trade-offs. * Participate in agile methodologies. * Record all activities performed in the ServiceNow SAFe module. **Requirements:** * Experience in applied AI-based solutions and automation. * Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) over documentation and regulatory content. * Experience building agents integrated with systems, APIs, and knowledge bases. * Knowledge of on-premises, cloud, or hybrid architectures. * Familiarity with open-source models and inference platforms. * Experience with containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and GPU-based operations. * Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). * Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures. * Experience designing and implementing intelligent agents: Document, Analytical, Validation, and Assistant agents. * Evaluation and selection of open-source, on-premises, cloud, or hybrid technologies based on use case requirements. * Experience deploying and operating models and agents on GPU-enabled on-premises infrastructure. * Knowledge of LLMOps/MLOps, monitoring, security, traceability, and scalability. **Benefits:** * Comprehensive development plan and opportunities for professional growth with constant challenges. * Premium medical coverage for you and your family. * Home office expense reimbursement. * Special campaigns offering significant discounts at restaurants and supermarkets. * Well-being benefits including flexible hours and remote work options. * Wellhub (a network of gyms and holistic wellness services). * Educational discounts.
