We are recruiting a **Lead AI Engineer** for **Accusys**, a leading software development and maintenance company.* Location: CABA (preferred) or REMOTE if residing outside the area. * Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday. Hybrid (3x2\) **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement conversational agents that emulate human agents, resolving inquiries and executing operational tasks in real time. * Build workflows and orchestrations for 24/7 multichannel support (messaging \+ voice), with intelligent handoff when appropriate. * Integrate the agent with enterprise/core systems to execute operations (e.g., queries, transactions) and enable end\-to\-end automation. * Implement smart sales capabilities: context-aware recommendations/suggestions based on conversational context and events. * Design architecture (components, APIs, tools, memory, security, scalability, latency) for demanding production environments. * Implement evaluation and observability: traces, datasets, automated tests, quality metrics and regression; evidence-based iterative improvement. * Incorporate AI into the SDLC to accelerate delivery (test generation, refactoring, documentation, analysis), with quality/security guardrails. **Requirements:** * Advanced Python (professional development, testing, packaging, async/concurrency where applicable). * Experience with LangGraph (agent orchestration) and LangSmith (tracing/evals/observability) — or equivalent, though these are preferred. * Experience integrating agents with APIs and internal systems (REST, events, tool\-calling, enterprise backends). * Results\-driven mindset: define metrics, instrument, experiment, and improve. **Tech Stack / Expected Technical Knowledge:** * Applied AI / Agents * LLM apps: structured prompting, tool\-calling, RAG, grounding, guardrails (policy, PII), routing. * Evaluation: test suites, golden sets, regression testing, offline/online evals, A/B. * Backend * Python \+ frameworks such as FastAPI (or similar), API design, workers, queues/events (Kafka/RabbitMQ desirable). * Data: SQL (PostgreSQL) and vectors (pgvector/Pinecone/Weaviate or others). **Voice \& Omnichannel (Highly Valued)** * Integrations with telephony/VoIP (SIP/WebRTC or providers), and/or messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, webchat). * STT/TTS and audio pipelines (experience with providers or models). **Quality/Operations** * Observability (OpenTelemetry, logs/traces/metrics), CI/CD, containers (Docker), cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP desirable). **Benefits:** * Top-tier private health insurance plan. * Wellhub: Gym membership platform. * English classes. * Extended statutory leave and flexible vacation scheduling. * Exceptional work environment with annual events and activities. * Company-provided lunch and breakfast on in-office days. * Training opportunities via internal platform. * Discounts at universities and training centers. * Special occasion recognition. * Birth benefits. * Relocation expense support. * Connectivity reimbursement.
