What will your responsibilities be? * Lead end\-to\-end delivery of Hyperautomation projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and efficiency. * Manage the economic\-financial tracking of projects (costs, margins, variances). * Coordinate and support teams within the unit. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. * Actively participate in pre-sales initiatives: * Requirements analysis * Estimations * Solution definition * Interact with external clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction. * Conduct process discoveries to identify automation opportunities. * Collaborate with the practice lead on the evolution and growth of the practice. What do we need from you? * Prior experience managing automation / hyperautomation projects. * Experience interacting with clients and operating in dynamic environments. * Automation tools such as: * Power Platform * Blue Prism * Automation Anywhere * Experience conducting process discoveries. * Knowledge of agile methodologies. * High autonomy and proactivity. * Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. * Strong stakeholder management skills. * Results-oriented mindset and operational efficiency focus. * Hybrid profile: management \+ technical understanding of the domain.
