Do you want to be part of the digital transformation and engage in challenging and innovative projects? **What Challenges Await You**: * Install, configure, and upgrade SQL Server and related products in Windows environments. * Design, create, administer, and ensure recoverability of SQL Server databases. * Manage capacity and storage, developing future growth plans. * Establish effective database performance monitoring procedures. * Administer and control user access, ensuring environment security. * Provide reliable, recoverable, and scalable database environments. * Support production databases with continuous availability schemes. * Maintain technical documentation and administration standards. * Implement Microsoft’s best practices for SQL Server. * Configure and administer SQL Cluster environments. * Manage replication and high-availability configurations. * Perform performance tuning and optimization activities. **What Will Make You Successful**: * More than 5 years of experience administering SQL Server databases in Windows environments. * Experience as a DBA in enterprise production environments within medium or large companies. * Experience designing and implementing highly available and scalable SQL Server solutions. * Advanced experience in SQL Server backup and recovery. * Extensive experience working with replication and AlwaysOn Availability Groups. * Experience administering SQL Server clusters. * Strong Windows administration knowledge. * Proven experience in performance tuning. * Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet demanding deadlines. * Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills. * Desirable experience in large-scale, business-critical projects with external exposure. * Advanced English **A Unique Workplace — Discover the Benefits We Offer You**: Pedidos Ya ‍ ️ Swiss Medical Health Insurance at no cost for you and your immediate family Connectivity Reimbursement Fully Subsidized Gym Membership Flexible Vacation Balance Flexible Working Hours Subsidized Certifications Birthday Day Off Bonuses Accenture Days: 5 additional days off per year.
