Ability to resolve unforeseen issues and lead teams We are looking for a Site Manager for a leading company experiencing continuous growth in the Patagonian region. Your primary mission will be to lead, plan, and supervise the technical and operational execution of infrastructure and civil/industrial construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and on-site safety regulations. We seek a candidate with strong self-management skills, the ability to independently resolve on-site unforeseen issues, leadership to manage crews of workers/subcontractors, and an excellent focus on results. What will be your main responsibilities? On-site Direction and Supervision. Technical Planning and Documentation Resource Management Requirements: Technical Secondary Education or Civil Engineering degree. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions. Residency in Neuquen or Río Negro. Up-to-date monotributo registration. Availability to travel and frequently relocate to oil fields or specific locations in Río Negro and Neuquén.
