Job Summary: We are seeking Security Agents to perform surveillance, access control, and incident reporting duties while maintaining full situational awareness to mitigate risks. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking Security Agents who meet the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 6 months of EXPERIENCE as a SECURITY AGENT Completed secondary education (CERTIFIED) SUCAMEC training course (DESIRABLE) L4 firearm license\. Availability to work 12-hour shifts on a 6x1 schedule Availability to work in AREQUIPA COMPETENCIES: Assertive and fluent communication Empathy Integrity Effectiveness Service orientation Teamwork Organization FUNCTIONS: Providing security services at access points designated by the client. Executing access control procedures in accordance with the client's policy. Welcoming, assisting, and guiding customers and staff. Maintaining full and continuous situational awareness to reduce intrusion risks. Submitting daily incident reports. Remaining constantly alert at the post assigned by the client.
