




Position Summary: We are seeking a Help Desk professional to coordinate and track service requests and ensure customer satisfaction within the technology sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Opportunities for continuous training At **Facility Service SA**, we are recruiting a **Help Desk** professional for one of our key clients in the technology industry, located in CABA (Puerto Madero). **What are the challenges of this position?** · Ticket tracking. · Receiving, coordinating, and tracking service requests. · Providing responses to customer requests according to established response times (customer service requests and general inquiries, managing preventive maintenance work order systems, and performing administrative services) · Coordinating resources to address work requests · Monitoring customer satisfaction · Managing evidence of activity execution. · Auditing and controlling spare parts inventory, maintenance service tools, and bathroom supplies. **What do we expect from candidates?** · Completed secondary education; university degree preferred. · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) · Knowledge of maintenance management systems (preferred) · Prior experience in administrative and/or similar tasks within the maintenance sector (preferred) · Advanced English (mandatory) **We offer:** Employment under the Commerce Collective Bargaining Agreement, managed by Facility Service SA.
