Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Coordinator with operational leadership and experience in end-to-end management of production processes for a metallurgical / metal-mechanical company. Key Highlights: 1. Lead production, ensuring deadlines, quality, and productivity. 2. Manage resources with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement. 3. Evaluate and develop teams, promoting discipline and ongoing improvement. We are looking for a **Production Coordinator** to join a metallurgical / metal-mechanical company. We seek a results-oriented profile with operational leadership and experience in comprehensive management of production processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise production, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and productivity. * Manage human, technical, and material resources with a focus on operational efficiency. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, scrap, on-time deliveries, absenteeism, among others). * Develop and track the Preventive Maintenance Plan. * Design and implement the Quality Plan, ensuring process excellence. **Coordinate collaborative work with Production, PCP, Procurement, and Research & Development departments.** * Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at cost reduction and process standardization. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards. * Evaluate, develop, and support the workforce, fostering a culture of operational discipline, order, and continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * 3–6 years of experience in leadership roles within metallurgical or metal-mechanical industries. * Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and resource management. * Experience in cutting, bending, welding, and painting processes. * Proven track record working against productivity targets, delivery timelines, and continuous improvement goals. **Valued Competencies** * Technical and team leadership. * Analytical ability. * Results orientation. * Decision-making capability. * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement. * Ability to manage teams and processes with high productivity standards. **Desired Profile** * Strong leadership profile capable of guiding teams through planning, monitoring, and goal achievement. * A serious, committed, organized individual focused on operational efficiency.
