Currently, we are seeking an **IT Technical Support Level 2** professional to join our **IT** team. ✅ **Work Modality** * **Location:** Palermo, CABA. * **Work Modality:** Hybrid (4 days onsite / 1 day remote). * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. ✅ **Responsibilities:** * Provide **second-level technical support** to company employees, acting as the **escalation point** for complex incidents. * Deliver and manage **VIP support** for managers and directors, ensuring prioritized and personalized assistance. * Analyze, diagnose, and **resolve high-complexity incidents** related to hardware, software, systems, and access. * Manage, resolve, and track tickets in the corporate tool (JIRA), meeting defined **SLAs and KPIs**. * Actively participate in **IT Support projects**, process improvements, technology implementations, and migrations. * Administer and support **Microsoft 365 environments**, including Exchange, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and associated services. * Manage users and access via **Active Directory and Azure**. * Resolve advanced operating system incidents for **Windows and macOS**. * Support **executive-specific software**, including digital certificates and corporate business tools. * Provide on-site and remote support, performing advanced installations, configurations, and re-installations of computer equipment. * Serve as the **technical liaison with international IT teams**, coordinating tasks, escalations, and resolutions. * Document solutions, procedures, and best practices to ensure continuous service improvement. * Comply with and promote **IT security standards, internal policies, and best practices**. ✅ **What We Are Looking For:** * Minimum **2 years’ experience in Level 2 technical support**, delivering on-site, remote, and VIP assistance, with emphasis on service quality and response times. * Solid knowledge of hardware, **Windows and macOS** operating systems, and diagnosis/resolution of high-level complex incidents. * **Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and associated services).** * **Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and ENTRA ID, including user/group management, permissions, and team administration.** * Proficiency with ticketing tools to ensure compliance with **SLAs** and **KPIs**. * Knowledge of installation, configuration, maintenance, and reinstallation of computer equipment and peripherals. * Strong communication, organizational, and priority management skills. * English language proficiency: Intermediate. * Networking, VPN, IT infrastructure, and basic cybersecurity concepts.
