Where no two days are the same. **Job Description** ------------------- **Tech Lead – Performance Engineering \& Platform Reliability\-Capgemini Engineering** **Working Hours: 12–21 hrs (aligned with PST time zone)** **Responsibilities** * Lead performance engineering, testing, and system optimization initiatives * Define and implement performance testing, automation, and load testing strategies within CI/CD pipelines * Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and environment stability * Implement monitoring, reporting, and performance analysis frameworks * Establish observability practices (tracing, metrics, logging) * Enable testing platforms and emulation solutions for realistic scenarios * Define KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement practices * Mentor the team, fostering a culture of excellence, automation, and reliability Technical Requirements (Mandatory) * Experience in SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) * Solid knowledge of Azure Cloud and/or AWS * Experience with microservices and distributed architectures * Observability tools: Datadog, Splunk * Experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) * Performance testing using tools such as JMeter * Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and automation * Good English proficiency for interaction with global stakeholders **Job Description \- Grade Specific** ------------------------------------- Is highly respected, experienced and trusted.
