Joining YPF means becoming part of a project that combines experience, passion, and the energy needed to keep building our future! **What are we looking for?** We are seeking a **Construction Manager** to lead and supervise the execution of construction processes throughout the entire project lifecycle—including pre-commissioning, commissioning support, and start-up—to achieve project objectives safely, on schedule, with required quality and target cost. **What will be your key responsibilities?** * Size work teams required for construction process execution. * Manage optimal utilization of construction resources assigned to the site, planning personnel assignments and releases according to project progress. * Ensure proper application of DI construction standards and procedures. * Monitor and analyze physical progress of construction. * Supervise and implement site safety. * Coordinate with the Business Unit at each site for integrated management of site activities—from initiation through project demobilization. * Coordinate with the Business Unit regarding your participation in pre-commissioning activities requiring your presence, as well as management of pending items. * Coordinate with the Business Unit to provide assistance during commissioning when required. **What do we consider as differentiators?** * Education: Engineer (graduation mandatory). * Language: English (preferred). * Experience: 3–5 years in the Oil & Gas industry, with experience leading construction projects. **Position Information** * Work location: Neuquén (site locations) * Work modality: On-site * Willingness to travel: Yes, occasionally. * People reporting directly: No. Coordination of third-party personnel is required.
