We seek a candidate with experience managing construction teams, strong coordination skills, and a clear orientation toward operational excellence. **What Do We Value as a Differentiator?** ------------------------------------ * **Education:** University degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Language:** Technical English (desirable). * **Knowledge:** Execution of industrial civil construction projects, foundations, concrete works, structures, enclosures, and infrastructure; interpretation of drawings and technical documentation; project planning and control; work permit management; Integrated Management Systems and Industrial Safety. * **Competencies:** Leadership, planning and organization, results orientation, problem-solving ability, effective communication, teamwork, and commitment to safety and quality. **What Will Be Your Key Challenges?** ------------------------------------------- * Supervise and coordinate the execution of industrial civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with planning, productivity, and required quality standards. * Lead work crews, promoting efficient use of available human resources, materials, and equipment. * Coordinate daily activities with client inspection, planning, and various construction specialties. * Ensure availability of materials, tools, equipment, and necessary permits for safe and efficient work execution. * Ensure compliance with established Safety, Hygiene, Environmental, and Quality standards for operations. * Monitor progress, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and drive actions aimed at increasing productivity and operational efficiency. **Position Information** -------------------------- * **Work Location:** La Plata Industrial Complex (CILP). * **Work Modality:** On-site.
