Joining YPF means becoming part of a project that combines experience, passion, and the energy required to continue building our future! **What are we looking for?** We are currently seeking a Media Analyst. **What do we value as differentiators?** * Education: Degree in Marketing or related fields. * Knowledge: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager. Experience with syndicated tools (e.g., Kantar, Comscore) is a plus. * Experience: Five years of experience in media planning; recent experience managing high-investment advertisers. * Competencies: Analytical profile and results orientation; organizational skills and attention to detail; proactivity and continuous improvement mindset; strong interpersonal relationship skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously. **What will be your key responsibilities?** 1. Participate in developing media briefs (objectives, KPIs, target audiences). 2. Analyze media plans and validate proper operational implementation. 3. Coordinate executions with agencies and media outlets. 4. Monitor compliance with scheduling requirements (materials, deadlines, formats). 5. Analyze campaign performance. 6. Identify optimization opportunities (costs, audiences, formats). 7. Support negotiations and rate monitoring. 8.
