Management of IT infrastructure, information security, and technical teams Systems Manager Experience in Pharmacy / Laboratory / Healthcare We are looking for a Systems Manager with solid experience in complex technology environments, oriented toward strategic management of IT infrastructure and development of solutions that support business growth. We seek a dynamic, analytical profile with strong leadership capabilities, able to ensure operational continuity of systems, drive technological innovation, and guarantee information protection. Main Responsibilities • Design and lead the organization’s technology strategy aligned with business objectives. • Ensure proper operation, availability, and performance of the technology infrastructure (servers, networks, systems, and hardware). • Define system architecture and evaluate new technologies to optimize processes. • Implement and oversee technology projects, including developments, integrations, and system upgrades. • Ensure information security and data protection, managing security incidents and audits. • Coordinate external technology vendors and manage IT contracts and services. • Lead the internal technical team and provide strategic support to organizational departments. • Drive technological innovation initiatives, automation, and continuous improvement. Requirements Academic Qualifications • Systems Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Systems Degree / Information Technology Degree Experience • More than 5 years of experience in similar positions. • Experience in pharmacies, laboratories, or the healthcare sector (mandatory). Technical Knowledge • IT infrastructure (servers, networks, and system architecture). • Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. • Business Intelligence and data analytics. • Cybersecurity and data protection. • Knowledge in application development, automation, or artificial intelligence will be valued.
