Driving process transformation and simplification **S2P Assistant (Source to Pay)** ================================= **Munro, Buenos Aires, Argentina** **Department:** Finance Operations – Source to Pay (S2P) **Purpose of the Role** ---------------------- Lead and coordinate the Source to Pay (S2P) operation for Latin American markets, acting as a strategic liaison between local stakeholders and the shared services team, ensuring efficient execution of accounts payable processes, adherence to operational KPIs, and continuous improvement of user and supplier experience. This role will have strong regional exposure, requiring an end\-to\-end view of processes to identify opportunities, resolve root causes, and drive initiatives delivering impact in efficiency, control, and service. **What Will Be Your Impact?** -------------------------- * Ensure compliance with key Accounts Payable operational KPIs in LATAM. * Build strong relationships with local and regional stakeholders. * Lead resolution of complex problems by identifying root causes and improvement opportunities. * Drive process transformation and simplification within Source to Pay. * Guarantee high standards of compliance, control, and process governance. **What Will You Do in This Role?** --------------------------- ### **S2P Operational Management** * Coordinate Accounts Payable operations across Latin American markets. * Monitor key metrics such as on-time payments, supplier aging, GR/IR, and operational performance. * Ensure adherence to service levels and quality standards. ### **Stakeholder Management** * Act as the primary point of contact between local teams and service providers. * Build trusted relationships with Finance, Procurement, Controlling, Supply Chain, and other regional teams. * Manage shifting priorities and ensure agile responses to business needs. ### **Problem Resolution and Continuous Improvement** * Lead root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve user and supplier experience. * Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the S2P process. ### **Governance and Compliance** * Participate in management forums and reviews with key stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and audit requirements. * Manage operational risks and develop mitigation plans. ### **Third-Party Service Provider Leadership** * Coordinate and challenge the Third Party Service Provider (TPSP/BPO) team. * Track adherence to KPIs and service agreements. * Ensure an operation focused on excellence and internal customer orientation. **What Do You Need to Apply?** -------------------------------- ### **✅ Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Prior experience in Accounts Payable, Source to Pay, or Procure to Pay. * Solid knowledge of SAP (P2P/S2P modules). * Advanced Excel skills. * Advanced English (spoken and written) — **mandatory**. * Experience working with regional or global stakeholders. * Ability to understand end\-to\-end processes and propose sustainable solutions. **What Will Make You Stand Out?** -------------------------- * Autonomy and independence in managing priorities. * Adaptability in dynamic environments where priorities constantly shift. * A problem-solving profile with strong business orientation. * Analytical thinking and holistic process perspective. * Curiosity to challenge the status quo and drive improvements. * Judgment to prioritize high-impact topics. * Communication and influencing skills across multiple stakeholders. * Digital mindset and orientation toward simplification. **Why Unilever?** ---------------------- At Unilever, we believe operations are a key enabler of business growth.
