Position Objective: Fully manage the branch to ensure achievement of commercial, operational, and profitability goals. We seek a leader capable of driving sales, strengthening the team, and representing the company professionally. Main Responsibilities · Achieve and exceed commercial goals, management indicators, and profitability targets. · Ensure proper implementation of Commercial Directives, campaigns, and institutional policies. · Monitor operational processes. · Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team. · Guarantee institutional image, product display, and compliance with internal standards, building trust-based relationships with customers and institutions. · Promptly, judiciously, and authoritatively resolve operational issues, complaints, and internal conflicts. Requirements · Tertiary and/or university education (preferred). · Experience leading sales teams or commercial management. · Residence in Rosario de la Frontera, Metán, or nearby areas. · Availability to work during business hours and Saturday midday.
