Responsible for the sales results of the Biosciences business unit under his/her responsibility in Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay.**Job Description** =================== **Key Activities and Responsibilities** =============================================== * Develop competencies of the Waters Biosciences Argentina Sales and Applications team through intensive coaching and fieldwork. * Implement marketing commercial plans aimed at achieving sales objectives, market penetration, and new business development. * Coordinate and create synergies across various functions (Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain) to ensure customer satisfaction. * Align Biosciences sales representatives’ quotas to directly achieve the Budget, covering both direct sales to end customers and indirect sales via Channel, generating a necessary pipeline to cover the Budget as well as contingency plans for risk and opportunity management, ensuring results amid unforeseen events. * Ensure appropriate candidate selection and talent retention based on a matrix-based mapping of direct reports aligned with situational assessment of each individual’s skills and development. * Uphold a commercial excellence culture centered on account prioritization, calendar and productivity management, field and customer focus—including identifying and creating customer needs—proper opportunity handling, accelerating sales cycle velocity, accurately qualifying sales cycle stages, maintaining correct information quality, delivering accurate forecasted progress and close timing, and capturing all such data in the Salesforce CRM.
