Sika has local presence in 100 countries and manufactures in over 400 factories. **Job Description** We are currently seeking a Logistics Manager to lead operations and support a transformation process within the function, promoting modern, efficient, and results-oriented management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the transformation and professionalization of the function and team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence. * Comprehensively manage logistics operations (warehousing, distribution, transportation, and logistics planning), ensuring compliance with service-level agreements, cost targets, and timelines across all our plants. * Design, implement, and optimize logistics processes, incorporating best practices, management metrics (KPIs), and tracking tools. * Serve as the key representative of the function, coordinating with internal stakeholders (production, sales, supply chain, finance, among others) to align operations with business strategy. * Lead, develop, and empower the team under supervision, strengthening capabilities and promoting a collaborative work environment. **Requirements** We seek professionals holding a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within manufacturing industries and managing high-volume operations with significant staffing.
