Main Responsibilities Procurement and Supply Management * Manage procurement of materials and supplies for ongoing construction projects. * Request, analyze, and compare supplier quotations. * Coordinate tendering processes and negotiation of commercial terms. * Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and logistical conditions. * Ensure timely and accurate supply according to project timelines. * Coordinate material logistics jointly with the department assistant and site teams. * Supervise purchase orders, delivery tracking, and material receipt. * Identify opportunities for cost savings and improvement. Supplier Relationship Management * Develop and maintain a robust network of strategic suppliers. * Evaluate supplier performance regarding quality, compliance, and service. * Establish medium- and long-term commercial agreements. * Keep the supplier database and commercial terms up to date. Department Organization and Improvement * Systematize and professionalize internal procurement and supply processes. * Implement control, tracking, and traceability tools. * Improve administrative and approval workflows. * Generate periodic KPIs and reports for Senior Management. * Coordinate priorities across multiple concurrent projects. Operational Management * Collaborate closely with Senior Management, Construction, and Administration departments. * Participate in procurement planning based on construction progress. * Support the company's operational growth and adoption of new construction systems. **Real Estate Developer in Pilar:** We are seeking a Procurement Manager to join the Procurement and Supply Department of a growing real estate development company. The role aims to lead and comprehensively manage the construction company’s procurement function, ensuring efficient supply of materials, supplies, and subcontracting services required for executing multiple concurrent projects, while optimizing costs, delivery timelines, and quality. This position will strongly emphasize negotiation, tendering, comparative analysis, and departmental organization, supporting the company’s operational growth and enhancing internal procurement and supply processes. Requirements Requirements * Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in construction companies, real estate developers, or related industries. * Experience managing material procurement for multiple concurrent projects. * Knowledge of tendering, negotiation, and quotation comparison processes. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and management tools. * Ability to handle high operational volume and multiple priorities. * Experience with industrialized construction systems or EPS paneling is highly valued. * Residence in the Northern Zone.
