We seek candidates with experience in comprehensive management of commercial outlets, team leadership, and strong results orientation. What will be your main responsibilities? * Supervise and coordinate the overall operations of two branches, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives. * Plan, monitor, and optimize commercial activities across both locations. * Lead, support, and develop work teams, fostering an excellent work environment. * Supervise credit processes and ensure compliance with internal policies. * Manage and monitor cash operations, intervening when business dynamics require it. * Coordinate Human Resources management: schedules, performance, follow-up, and team needs. * Ensure customer service experiences aligned with company standards.
