Position Objective We aim to hire a Marketing Assistant to work closely with the department head, actively participating in the planning, coordination, and execution of the company’s marketing initiatives. This role requires a candidate with experience in apparel, fashion, or lifestyle brands, possessing a holistic view of marketing, strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a highly operational profile. The incumbent will play a key role in coordinating campaigns, influencer collaborations, internal and external communications, project tracking, and maintaining ongoing contact with various organizational stakeholders. Responsibilities Coordination and monitoring of online and offline marketing campaigns. Management and tracking of the commercial and promotional action calendar. Coordination with designers, agencies, and external vendors. Relationship management and follow-up with influencers, content creators, and brand collaborations. Participation in the planning and execution of communications initiatives. Management and tracking of social media content. Preparation of marketing reports and performance analysis. Monitoring of KPIs related to campaigns and digital initiatives. Coordination with branches and continuous communication with store managers nationwide. Management of promotional materials for local initiatives and media outreach. Participation in projects related to e-commerce development. Sourcing and coordination of vendors for various departmental initiatives. Identification of trends and opportunities within the fashion and lifestyle industry. **Work Mode:** In-person **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:30. Tiendas Balbi is a family-owned business with over 60 years of market presence, specializing in apparel, home textiles, and lifestyle products. It operates more than 25 stores across various provinces in Argentina and employs over 600 people. The company is currently undergoing a phase of growth and transformation, incorporating new business units and strengthening its marketing structure to enhance brand positioning and support future e-commerce-related initiatives. Requirements Prior marketing experience within apparel, fashion, textile, or lifestyle brands. Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and initiatives. Knowledge of social media platforms and the digital ecosystem (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). Experience working with influencers and content creation. Understanding of digital marketing principles. Ability to prepare reports and track metrics. Strong organizational skills and task follow-up capabilities. A solution-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused profile. Willingness to work in-person in Martínez. Desirable Requirements Experience in marketing or advertising agencies. Basic knowledge of digital advertising (Meta Ads). Experience in e-commerce. Proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday, or similar). Familiarity with fashion, trends, and the textile industry. Proficiency in design or editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.).
