We are currently looking for a Maintenance Analyst to join our team. The position will be responsible for the comprehensive management of indicators and processes in the Maintenance and Industrial Services department, ensuring appropriate monitoring of equipment performance, deviation analysis, and operational support to optimize production efficiency and continuity. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor various indicators for the Maintenance and Industrial Services department, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Collect, control, and monitor production line performance indicators, focusing on losses due to equipment failures or malfunctions. Prepare expense reports for the Maintenance and Industrial Services team, related to spare parts consumption, supplies, and third-party services. Collaborate in warehouse management, stock control, material consumption tracking, and inventory management. Record and monitor energy consumption indicators, including natural gas, nitrogen (N₂), ammonia (NH₃), water, and other relevant energy sources. Requirements: Requirements Advanced student or graduate in Industrial Engineering or related fields. Intermediate English proficiency is desirable. Advanced Excel proficiency. Intermediate/advanced Power BI skills. Competencies Excellent organizational and planning skills. Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. Good communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external customers. Proactivity and problem-solving capability.
